E-mail Support

Step 1: enter your e-mail address. (So the instructions that follow will be correct for you.)

E-mail:

Step 2: Choose how you'd like to do your e-mail:

Option 1 (Webmail)

View your e-mail on a website from any computer.

Pros:

  • No setup.
  • Works just as well on any online computer (great for traveling).

Cons:

  • Mail is inaccessible when you're off-line.
  • Storage space is limited.

Option 2 (Software)

Set up e-mail software on your computer (such as Thunderbird or Outlook) to download your mail.

Pros:

  • Your e-mail archive is stored on your computer.
  • You get to choose what mail software you use.
  • Most e-mail software allows you to automatically sort or delete SPAM.

Cons:

  • Some setup is required.
  • You must be at your computer.

Note: you can do both. Some people use software on their home computer normally, and webmail when they travel. The only downside to this method is that your e-mail archive is not available when traveling, only the messages that have arrived since you stopped using your e-mail software at home.
